        We believe that wine greatly enhances its value in restaurants, influencing dishes standing out.
        We propose wines which make L’aube's dishes, dessert, every ingredients, flavor and taste even more clearer fantastic.

         

        This recent years, great wines have been produced all over the world.
        Improvement of quality of the wines of countries called “New World” is remarkable, there is no need to compare them
        with the traditional countries any more. In addition, the quality of production countries that have not been acknowledged
        for best quality has been improving every year.

         

        We will provide worldwide selection of such fantastic wines by pairing.
